What awaits you
The Main Villa features a large pool area surrounded by two separate lounges and dining/kitchen (90m²) area. The infinity pool (15 x 5 m) can be optionally heated. The Main Suite and living room together with the pool and the kitchen area are located on the ground level. On the lower level, there are 4 spacious suites and 2 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and full seaview.

How many people can the villa accommodate?
The Main Villa: Can sleep up to 14 guests. There are 7 bedrooms/suites in total.
The Suites: Can sleep up to 4 guests in two suites.
Villa Joy Estate (Main + Suites): Offers 9 bedrooms/suites in total and can accommodate up to 18 guests.
How big are the rooms and how big is the villa?
- The 7 suites/rooms range between 25 and 80 m².
- The main living room has 35 m²
- The main kitchen with big cooking island and huge dining table has an area of 90 m²
What kind of beds are in the rooms?
All beds are high-end 5-star beds from Treca from Paris. Mattresses are singles (90x200 cm), put together with a topper to make a 180x200 cm bed. Each can be separated into singles.
How far is the villa?
Mykonos is a small island, and everything is nearby. Alemagou, one of the best beach and party clubs, is 3 minutes away. Spilia, another hotspot on the south side, is 7 minutes away. It takes 15 minutes to get to town and the airport.
Is there fitness equipment in the villa?
Yes, we have yoga mats, Technogym benches, several sports equipment and weights. The villa is situated in a remote private area where one can go jogging and hiking.
Do you have an ice bath? Pool games? Other games?
Yes, we have an ice bath tub, a football table, and other games available.
Do you have loudspeakers / DJ set?
We have a Pioneer DJ set and strong Teufel Rockster loudspeakers available for extra rent.
